17. שמירת תעודות
(א)רוכל ישמור את תעודות המשלוח או מסמך אחר המעיד על מקור רכישת המזון במשך לא פחות מחודש לאחר מכירתו.
(ב)על אף האמור בתקנת משנה (א), רוכל ישמור את כל תעודות הבריאות הווטרינריות של בשר, בשר עוף ומוצריהם ותעודות המשלוח של ביצים למשך כל זמן אחסונם אצלו, ולא פחות משלושה חודשים לאחר מכירתם.
