1. סוגי פשעים שלגביהם לא תחול חובת יידוע
הוראות סעיף 60א(א) לחוק, לא יחולו על –
(1)סוגי הפשעים המפורטים להלן לפי הסעיפים שבחוק העונשין, התשל״ז–1977, המצוינים לצדם:
(א)תקיפה כלפי בן משפחה לפי סעיף 382(ב);
(ב)גרימת חבלה של ממש כלפי בן זוגו לפי סעיף 382(ג);
(2)כל עבירת פשע שנעברה במהלך ביצוע עבירה מהעבירות המנויות בפסקה (1) או בקשר אליה.
