30. שינוי בעלות
תיקון: תשפ״א
(א)רישיון או היתר שניתן הוא אישי ולא ניתן להעברה.
(ב)עסק בעל רישיון או היתר, טעון רישיון או היתר חדש עם שינוי של הבעלות.
(ג)בפרק זה –
”שינוי בעלות“ – כל שינוי בזהות הבעלים הרשומים ברישיון העסק, לרבות הוספת בעל או גריעתו וכן העברת שליטה בתאגיד כמשמעותה בחוק ניירות ערך, התשכ״ח–1968;
”בעל“ – בין יחיד ובין תאגיד.
