17. אבדן כרטיס
(א)אבד כרטיס יועץ, יודיע בעליו על כך מיד למשטרה.
(ב)המציא בעל מסמך שאבד, לנציב, אישור על מסירת הודעה למשטרה, יוצא לו מסמך חדש תוך 60 יום מיום האבדן; עד להוצאת המסמך החדש יוצא לו כרטיס יועץ זמני.
