מי שעמד בבחינות לפי הפרק הראשון ורוצה להתחיל בהכשרה, יגיש לנציב בקשה על כך ויצרף אישור מאת רואה חשבון, יועץ מס או מפקח המוכן להכשירו (להלן – מאמן).
