14. ניקיון רכבת מקומית
תיקון: תשע״ב
(א)פקיד רכבת יבטיח, לפני יציאת רכבת מקומית לנסיעה הראשונה בכל יום, כי פנים הרכבת נקי באופן סביר וכי השמשות הקדמיות שלה נקיות באופן מלא.
(ב)בעל היתר ההפעלה ידאג לניקיון סביר ברכבת המקומית בכל שעות הנסיעה בה.
