18. תיקונים על פי הודעת מנהל תפעול
תיקון: תשע״ב
הודיע מנהל תפעול על ליקוי כאמור בתקנה 17, יערוך בעל היתר הפעלה כל תיקון כמפורט בהודעת מנהל התפעול, זולת אם בעל ההיתר הציג לפני המנהל טעמים שלפיהם אין בליקוי כדי לסכן את הציבור, להנחת דעתו של המנהל.
