9. פיקוח
רשות מקומית תקיים סיור אחד בשבוע לפחות, לאורך תוואי הקווים הראשיים בשטחים הלא בנויים ומוצאי קווי מערכת הניקוז, לשם בדיקת שלמות שוחות ומכסים וכן לאיתור דליפות, גלישות ושינויים בקרקע ותתעד את ממצאי הסיורים כאמור.
