16. מכירת מיטלטלין או ניירות ערך שערכם קבוע בשוק
היו המיטלטלין נכסים שערכם קבוע בשוק, לרבות ניירות ערך, רשאי הממונה על הגביה, במקום המכירה הפומבית, להורות על מכירתם לפי ערכם בשוק.
