22. שימוש בכוח ופריצה
(א)כתב הרשאה, על פי סעיף 5(4) לפקודה, לשימוש בכוח ופריצה, יהא ערוך לפי טופס 8 שבתוספת.
(ב)גובה המס שהורשה לפי תקנת משנה (א) יהא רשאי להתגבר על כל התנגדות ולפרוץ למבנים או לחצרים שבהחזקתו של החייב וכן לפתוח בכוח חפצים או כלים נעולים, אף בהעדרו של החייב.
(ג)פרץ גובה המס מבנים, ידאג לאחר מכן לסגירתם לפי הצורך.
(ד)פריצה כאמור בתקנת משנה (ב) תבוצע בשעות היום, ובנוכחות שוטר.
