8. הוצאת מיטלטלין או שמירתם
(א)גובה המס רשאי להשאיר את המעוקלים במקום הימצאם לאחר שהודיע, לחייב או לבן משפחתו הבוגר הגר עמו או לכל מי שהיה נוכח בעת העיקול, על חובתו של החייב לשמור עליהם ולמסרם לידי מי שהוסמך לקבלם לידיו.
(ב)גובה המס רשאי להוציא את המעוקלים ממקום הימצאם, ולאחר שהוצאו יחסינם במקום בטוח.
