5. תשלום והגשת דו״ח לפקיד השומה
תיקון: תשמ״א, תשמ״ה־2, תשמ״ט, תשע״ח
חייב יגיש לפקיד השומה עד היום ה־16 לכל חודש דין וחשבון בטופס 832 על השכר ששילם ועל סכום המס שניכה לפי תקנות אלה בחודש הקודם, וישלם לו באותו מועד את סך כל המס שניכה.
