4. שידור סרט ישראלי בידי בעל הזיכיון
שידר בעל זיכיון סרט ישראלי שבהפקתו השקיע לפי כללים אלה, ייכלל הסרט הישראלי במכסת ההפקה המקומית של בעל הזיכיון לפי סעיף 11 לכללי התכניות, במלוא זמן שידורו ולפי מועד שידורו.
