8. הנחיות המנהל
המנהל רשאי לתת לבעל זיכיון, בין מיוזמתו ובין לבקשת בעל הזיכיון, הנחיות בדבר פרשנותם או יישומם של כללים אלה לגביו, ובעל הזיכיון יפעל בהתאם להנחיות.
