13ב. סייגים לאישור משדר התרמה
תיקון: תשע״ב
המנהל לא יאשר משדר התרמה מטעם מוסד ציבורי אם במטרתו מתקיים אחד מאלה:
(1)היא נוגדת את ערכיה של מדינת ישראל כמדינה יהודית ודמוקרטית;
(2)מימושה כרוך בהפרת דין כלשהו;
(3)יש בה פגיעה בביטחון הציבור והמדינה;
(4)יש בה פגיעה בתקנת הציבור;
(5)היא כוללת מסר השנוי במחלוקת ציבורית, לרבות בנושא פוליטי, ציבורי, חברתי או כלכלי.
