13ח. הוראות נוספות לעניין משדר התרמה
תיקון: תשע״ב
(א)בעל הזיכיון יהיה אחראי לעריכת משדר התרמה שהוא משדר ולהפקתו.
(ב)אורכו של משדר התרמה יהיה לפי האישור שנתן המנהל ולא יעלה על 12 שעות.
(ג)בעל זיכיון לא ישדר משדר התרמה יותר מפעם אחת בחודש.
(ד)בעל זיכיון לא ישדר יותר משמונה משדרי התרמה מטעם אותו מוסד ציבורי במהלך שנה אחת.
