18. סיקור לוויות
בעל זכיון יימנע מהקלטה או שידור של לוויה שאיננה לוויה ממלכתית אלא אם כן קרובי הנפטר הסכימו לכך מראש; ביקשו קרובי הנפטר כי ההקלטה או הסיקור ייעשו באופן מסויים, ישתדל בעל הזכיון, בגבולות הסביר, להיענות לבקשתם.
בעל זכיון לא יראיין את משפחת הנפטר וידידיו בשעת הלויה ולא יקליטם מקרוב אלא בהסכמתם.
