14. מין בפרסומת
תיקון: תשפ״ו
מבלי לגרוע מהאמור בסעיף 3, לא ישדר בעל רישיון תשדיר פרסומת הכולל הצגה של יחסים מיניים, רמיזות מיניות, אדם כקורבן של אלימות מינית או כיוזם אלימות מינית אלא אם כן קיים ענין ציבורי מובהק בכך, במידה המתחייבת להוראות כל דין.
