2. התאמה להוראות כל דין
תיקון: תשפ״ו
(א)בעל הרישיון אחראי לכך שלא יהיה בתשדיר פרסומת המשודר במסגרת שידוריו, דבר הנוגד הוראות כל דין, ובפרט כללים אלה.
(ב)מבלי לגרוע מהוראות סעיף 7 לכללי הרשות השניה לטלויזיה ורדיו (אישור מוקדם של תשדירי פרסומת), התשנ״ד–1994 (להלן – כללי האישור המוקדם), לא יהיה בכל אישור שנתן גורם כלשהו או מצג שלו כדי לפטור את בעל הרישיון מאחריותו לפי סעיף זה.
