לא ישדר בעל רישיון תשדיר פרסומת כאשר מוצגת בו דמות הלבושה במדים של רשות מרשויות המדינה, אלא אם כן ניתן מראש אישור אותה הרשות שמדיה מופיעים בתשדיר.
