32. שימוש בשם מטעה וחיקוי
תיקון: תשפ״ו
לא ישדר בעל רישיון תשדיר פרסומת שיש בו –
(1)שם מטעה או תוכן מטעה או כל דבר אחר שיש בו כדי להטעות צופה סביר כאילו אין מדובר בתשדיר פרסומת;
(2)חיקוי לתכנית (פרודיה) אלא אם אין בתשדיר כדי לפגוע בתכנית או בערכה, הדמויות המופיעות בתשדיר אינן אלה שהופיעו בתוכנית ובכפוף להוראות כל דין.
