38. מתנה בפרסומת
תיקון: תשפ״ו
בתשדיר פרסומת הכולל הענקת מוצר או שירות חינם ינהג בעל הרישיון בהתאם להוראות הבאות:
(1)מוצר או שירות המוענקים לרוכש מוצר או שירות אחר, יתואר ככזה בבהירות;
(2)אין להשתמש בביטוי ”שי חינם“ או ”מתנה חינם“ וכיוצא באלה לגבי מוצר או שירות המוענקים כאמור בפסקה (1).
