תיקון: תשפ״ו
מבלי לגרוע מכל סמכות הנתונה לו לפי כל דין, רשאי המנהל לדרוש מבעל רישיון ראיות כי תשדיר מסויים עומד בדרישות כל דין, ובפרט כללים אלו ולהתנות את שידורו בהמצאת ראיות כאמור להנחת דעתו. הוראת סעיף זה תחול גם על תשדיר פרסומת שאושר לשידור לפי כללי האישור המוקדם.
