3. עוצמת שמע מותרת בשידורי רדיו
בעל זיכיון לשידורי רדיו לא ישדר תשדיר פרסומת או קדימון בשידורי הרדיו בעוצמת קול העולה על טווח עוצמת הקול בתכנית אשר בה שולב תשדיר הפרסומת או הקדימון.
