1. הגדרות
תיקון: תשע״ה
בתקנות אלה –
”מהנדס או אדריכל“ – מהנדס רשום או אדריכל רשום כמשמעותם בחוק;
”ועדה מאשרת“ – ועדה שימנה הרשם כהגדרתו בסעיף 8 לחוק, והמורכבת ממהנדסים ואדריכלים הרשומים בפנקס המהנדסים והאדריכלים במדור שבו רשום המהנדס או האדריכל שבעניינו היא דנה, לפי העניין, ושתפקידה לאשר בקשות המוגשות אליה לפי תקנות אלה.
