10. ניגוד ענינים
(א)מהנדס או אדריכל יימנע מלתת את שירותיו המקצועיים, אם קיים חשש שלא יוכל למלא את חובותיו המקצועיות כלפי לקוחו, בשל ענין אישי שלו או בשל התחייבות או חובת נאמנות שיש לו כלפי אחר או בשל סיבה דומה אחרת.
(ב)מהנדס או אדריכל יודיע, בכתב, ללקוחו על כל עיסוק או עבודה שהוא עוסק בהם ושיש להם נגיעה לשירותים המקצועיים שהוא נותן ללקוח.
