13. אי יכולת לתת שירותים
תיקון: תשע״ה
נבצר ממהנדס או אדריכל ליתן שירות מסיבה כלשהי למשך תקופה העולה על הסביר בנסיבות הענין – רשאית הועדה המאשרת לאשר את ביצוע השירות בידי מהנדס או אדריכל אחר, אם ראתה זאת לצודק בנסיבות הענין, ובתנאים שייראו לה צודקים, והוא אף אם לא נתקיימו התנאים המפורטים בתקנה 12, כולם או מקצתם.
