3. מיומנות ורמה מקצועית
(א)מהנדס או אדריכל יבצע את שירותיו המקצועיים במיומנות וברמה מקצועית נאותה.
(ב)רשום מהנדס או אדריכל במדור כלשהו בפנקס המהנדסים והאדריכלים, בציון מסלול לימודי או מקצועי מסוים, והמהנדס או האדריכל ביצע שירותים מקצועיים שלא בהתאם למסלול האמור, יראוהו כמפר את תקנת משנה (א).
