8. התקשרות בכתב עם לקוח
התקשרות בין מהנדס או אדריכל ובין לקוחו לענין שירותי תכנון, תיאום או פיקוח תיעשה בכתב, עם התחלת ביצוע השירותים או תוך זמן סביר לאחריו, ויפורטו בה עיקר השירותים והיקפם וכן שיעור שכר הטרחה או דרך חישובו.
