2א. ניכוי מס משווה כסף
תיקון: תשכ״ז
(א)היה התשלום האמור בתקנה 2 כולו או חלקו בשווה כסף, יקבע המבטח לצורך הניכוי את סכום התשלום כפי שעלה לו.
(ב)פקיד השומה רשאי להגדיל או להקטין את הסכום האמור בתקנת משנה (א) והמבטח ינכה את המס בהתאם לכך.
