2. שכרו של עובד בסיעוד שעבד ביום הבחירות
(א)לעובד בסיעוד המועסק בעבודתו ביום הבחירות, לא ישולם שכר לפי סעיף 136 לחוק.
(ב)אין בתקנה זו כדי לגרוע מזכותו של עובד לשכרו הרגיל ביום הבחירות.
