בתקנות אלה –
”שכר סופרים“, ”מוציא לאור“ ו־”מקבל“ – כמשמעותם בצו מס הכנסה (קביעת שכר סופרים כהכנסה), תשכ״ד–1963;
”השיעור המרבי“ – שיעור המס הגבוה ביותר הקבוע בסעיף 121 לפקודה.
