15. ספר הזמנות
(א)ספר הזמנות יהיה ספר כרוך.
(ב)בספר ההזמנות יירשמו –
(1)מספר סידורי של ההזמנה;
(2)תאריך קבלת ההזמנה;
(3)שם המזמין ומענו; היה מענו של הלקוח ידוע לנישום – אין חובה לציינו;
(4)תיאור הטובין או השירות שהוזמנו, או ציון המפרט או התעוד שבו נכלל התיאור האמור.
