1. הגדרות
בצו זה –
”עובד“ – לרבות מתנדב, מי שמועסק ומי שנותן שירות בחצריו של מעסיק, בין אם מתקיימים עם המעסיק יחסי עבודה ובין אם לאו;
”עובד בבידוד“ – עובד שעליו לשהות בבידוד לפי צו בידוד בית;
”צו בידוד בית“ – צו בריאות העם (נגיף הקורונה החדש) (בידוד בית) (הוראת שעה), התש״ף–2020;
”תקופת הבידוד“ – כמשמעותה בצו בידוד בית כפי תוקפה בנוגע לעובד בבידוד.
