4. היקף ההגרלה, ההימור או הפרס
לענין תקנות אלה [צ״ל: צו זה] יראו כהגרלה אחת כהימור אחד או כפרס אחד גם הגרלה, הימור או פרס ששולבו בהם כמה ניחושים וכן כמה הגרלות או הימורים שנעשו בטופס אחד, והכל בין אם שולמו לאדם אחד ובין אם שולמו לכמה בני אדם.
