Section 3 of תקנות מס הכנסה (ניכוי מתשלומים בעד עבודה חקלאית או תוצרת חקלאית), תשל״ט–1979, ניכויי מס משווה כסף.
3. ניכויי מס משווה כסף
(א)היה התשלום האמור בתקנה 2 כולו או חלקו בשווה כסף יקבע המשלם לצורך הניכוי את סכום התשלום כפי שעלה לו.
(ב)פקיד השומה רשאי להגדיל או להקטין את הסכום האמור בתקנת משנה (א) והמשלם ינכה את המס לפי קביעת פקיד השומה.
