5. הגשת דו״ח ותשלום לפקיד השומה
תיקון: תשמ״א, תשמ״ה־2, תשמ״ט, תשע״ח
קבלן יגיש לפקיד השומה עד היום ה־16 לכל חודש דין וחשבון בטופס 0852, שיכלול פרטים על המקבלים, על התשלומים בעד עבודות בניה או עבודות הובלה ששילם להם ועל סכום המס שניכה לפי תקנות אלה בחודש הקודם, וישלם לו באותו מועד את סך כל המס שניכה.
