יהלומן ינהל את פנקסי חשבונות עסקו ביהלומים בדולרים, ובכפוף לאמור בתקנות אלה תירשם כל פעולה שנעשתה במטבע אחר כשהיא מתורגמת לשער הדולר של היום שבו נעשתה.
