20ג. בקשה לרישיון מנהל תפעול
תיקון: תשע״ב
(א)מבקש רישיון מנהל תפעול יצרף לבקשתו –
(1)מסמכים המעידים על עמידתו בתנאים כאמור בסעיף 46טו לפקודה;
(2)לפי הצורך – מסמכים המעידים כי מתקיימים התנאים לאישור בחינות לפי תקנה 20א.
(ב)מבקש רישיון מנהל תפעול שעבר בחינה שאושרה לפי תקנה 20א, ייבחן בנוסף בידי המנהל, כתנאי לקבלת הרישיון, בבחינה המעידה על בקיאותו בדינים ובתקנים החלים בישראל לעניין רכבת מקומית.
