10. בדיקת המעטפות וספירת הקולות
תקנות 104ב עד 104ו לתקנות הבחירות לכנסת יחולו גם על ספירת הקולות של האנשים המצויים בבידוד, בשינויים המחויבים ובכפוף להוראות המנהל לפי הפקודה.
