12. עיגול הכנסה מזכה
(א)הותאם סכום ההכנסה המזכה כמשמעותה בסעיף 47 לפקודה (להלן – הכנסה מזכה), יעוגל הסכום המתואם למספר השקלים החדשים הקרוב המתחלק ב־1200 (בסעיף זה – הסכום העגול).
(ב)היה מספר השקלים החדשים העולה על הסכום העגול פחות מ־600 – לא יובאו בחשבון לענין סכום ההכנסה המזכה; היה מספר השקלים החדשים העולה על הסכום העגול 600 או יותר – יווסף לסכום ההכנסה המזכה סכום של 1200 שקלים חדשים.
