9. עיגול הסכום הפטור
(א)הותאם סכום הפטור לפי סעיף 9א(ב) לפקודה (להלן – הסכום הפטור), יעוגל הסכום המתואם לשקל החדש הקרוב.
(ב)סכום מתואם שהוא פחות מחצי שקל חדש לא יובא בחשבון לענין הסכום הפטור, וסכום מתואם של חצי שקל חדש או יותר ייחשב כשקל חדש ויווסף לסכום הפטור.
