11. ועדה מייעצת
המנהל ימנה ועדה מייעצת לפעולות חריגות שמתפקידה לייעץ למנהל בכל אחד מאלה:
(1)קביעת פעולות חריגות;
(2)קביעת תנאים לביצוע פעולה חריגה;
(3)עדכון קובץ ההנחיות;
(4)מתן היתרים לאצול סמכויות לביצוע פעולות חריגות;
(5)אישור השתלמות מיוחדת;
(6)קביעת הליכי בקרה ופיקוח על ביצוע פעולות חריגות.
