Section 3 of תקנות הרופאים (כשירויות לביצוע פעולות חריגות), התשס״א–2001, איסור ביצוע פעולה חריגה.
3. איסור ביצוע פעולה חריגה
(א)לא יבצע אדם, זולת המפורטים בתקנה 2 פעולה חריגה.
(ב)לא ירשה מנהל מוסד רפואי ביצוע פעולה חריגה, אלא לאדם מהמפורטים בתקנה 2, ובכפוף לתנאים הקבועים בתקנות אלה.
(ג)לא יבצע אדם מהמפורטים בתקנה 2, פעולה חריגה, אלא באישור המנהל הרפואי של המוסד הרפואי, ובמוסד רפואי שהוא בית חולים – בהסכמת מנהל המחלקה שבה אמורה להתבצע הפעולה.
