6. סמכות מקומית של בית משפט
(א)על אף האמור בכל חיקוק לענין סמכותו המקומית של בית משפט, רשאי כל בית משפט לבצע בקשה לעזרה משפטית שהעבירה רשות מוסמכת לטיפולו.
(ב)אין בנקיבת שמו של בית משפט מסוים בבקשה לעזרה משפטית ממדינה אחרת, כדי לחייב את הרשות המוסמכת להעביר את הבקשה לביצוע לאותו בית משפט דווקא.
