במרכז השכלה לנוער נושר ובסיכון בלבד ניתן לקיים פעילויות בתנאים המפורטים בסעיף 2(ב)(3)(א) עד (ט); לעניין סעיף זה, ”מרכז השכלה“ – מרכז שבו מתקיימת הוראה לנוער נושר ובסיכון לקראת תעודת גמר תיכונית או בחינות בגרות.
