30. הכנת שפכים לסילוק
(א)לא יוזרמו שפכים פעילים באופן כימי לצנרת השפכים אלא אם עברו תהליך ניטרול להנחת דעתו של המנהל.
(ב)לא יוזרמו שפכים המכילים מיקרואורגניזמים פתוגניים לצנרת השפכים אלא אם חוטאו, להנחת דעתו של המנהל.
