10. דיווח
משרד הבריאות והשירות ידווחו ליועץ המשפטי לממשלה במועד שייקבע בנוהל לפי תקנה 3(א) או 6, לפי העניין, בין היתר על אלה:
(1)מספר החולים שלגביהם נאסף מידע טכנולוגי;
(2)מספר האנשים שאיתר השירות עקב הימצאותם במגע קרוב עם חולה;
(3)סטטוס מחיקת המידע לפי תקנות 3(ב) ו־6.
