5. אגרה
אגרה שיש לשלמה לפני תחילת הליך, לפי תקנות בתי הדין השרעיים (אגרות), התשכ״ח–1968, יידחה תשלומה עד תום תקופת תוקפה של ההודעה, אלא אם כן קבע בית הדין אחרת.
