6א. סמכויות שוטר
תיקון: תש״ף־2, תש״ף־15, תש״ף־16, ס״ח תש״ף
(א)לשם אכיפת ההוראות לפי תקנות שעת חירום אלה רשאי שוטר –
(1)להורות לכל אדם לפעול בהתאם להוראות שבתקנות וכן להורות על הפסקת פעילות המנוגדת לאמור בתקנות;
(2)למנוע כניסת אדם למקום אם יש בכניסתו של האדם כדי להפר את האמור בתקנה 5(ב).

(ב)אין באמור בתקנה זו כדי לגרוע מסמכויות שוטר לפי כל דין.
